Do not send screeenshots of your scrapers or macros: export and attach them.
For a fast answer, please create one ticket per issue, keep your text/questions as short as possible, with a specific and streamlined test case that we can reproduce in a few clicks and attach your scraper/macro to the ticket. Instead of screenshots of scrapers or macros, please Export them and attach the XML files. Support is done by the developers themselves because they need to know your needs. Unfortunately their time is limited so, please do not write very long descriptions of processes or expect them to analyze the structure of a website. Subject and Version fields are required. Please do provide the precise version number. Do not enter your serial number or “current”, “latest”, “N/A”…
